DELIVERY/SHIPPING

As a courtesy, we provide you with free delivery in the first 20 miles from Zip Code
90755, but over that distance, we need to charge a nominal fee as stated in the following
chart:

0-20 Miles from 90755 = FREE DELIVERY
21-50 Miles from 90755 = $2/Mile After 20 Miles
50 Miles-Over = ONTRAC, Fedex Ground or UPS is the method of shipping at customers cost.

Local Set Up Fee - $25-up depending on furniture. Call for details.


SHIPPING POLICY

In order to ensure your satisfaction, we will ship all orders complete, no back orders. Though this may take a bit longer at first, you will eventually have the pleasure of having EVERYTHING you ordered come at one time. Plus, this method will save you money by reducing shipping costs. We trust that you will like this approach. If a scheduled delivery is canceled, refused, or no one is home to accept the delivery, a redelivery fee will be charged. In the case of, "white glove", delivery they will unload, unpack, and place the delivery inside your home. When delivery is deemed, "drop", the carrier will place the furniture at the first dry area outside your home, ground level. You may be required to provide written directions/ and or a map to your home and any special delivery instructions. If you cannot be there to take delivery, please arrange to have a responsible person present so that the carrier may rely upon his/her signature as authorized to inspect and accept delivery. If your home is not accessible to the carriers truck, they will transport your merchandise to the nearest accessible point and it will be your responsibility to provide a means of transportation from the truck to your home. Please note the dimensions of the merchandise you have ordered and make sure everything will fit in the designated room as well through all passage ways and entrance doors. If delivery inside your home involves limited maneuverability because of narrow hall ways,doorways or stairwells, etc, neither the carrier nor we can be responsible for any damage that could result in attempting placement. If set up in the designated area is not feasible, delivery will be made to an accessible area. Please clear the designated room and the path leading to it in advance of the delivery date. Delivery personnel will not hang items on walls.

DAMAGE

Its is important to remember that we deliver the items to your home in the original packaging from the factory. ALL furniture has small imperfections, surface blemishes from the packaging, and other slight flaws that a local furniture store usually takes care of in the deluxing of the item prior to delivery to the customer. We do not uncarton, deluxe the item, recarton and ship it to you. The packaging and foam will not endure through the recartoning process. Plus many of the surface blemishes may reappear anyway. We believe your trading the significant savings we provide for doing your own deluxing. It is important that each item be inspected by you or your authorized agent. If, at the time of delivery you notice any damage, defect, or deficiency, please note it on the invoice. Call us immediately. If the problem can not be corrected by the delivery personnel it will be taken care of in a timely manner. If not the item will be returned to us upon our approval. Our Customer Service Department will evaluate the Item with the factory representative. At our discretion, the item will either be deluxed,(restored), factory repaired or factory replaced, and then redelivered to you. You will not be charged for redelivery unless the merchandise was of normal production quality. Because redelivery is expensive, please return only the item that is unacceptable and not any companion pieces. To give your returned item the attention it requires, please allow our customer service department adequate time to evaluate the problem, coordinate inspection with a factory authorized agent and undertake actual deluxing or repairs. We will keep you advised of exactly what is going on and when we expect redelivery.

MERCHANDISE WARRANTY

Although we cannot guarantee your pleasure in your selection, we warrant that all merchandise will be shipped in a condition which meets standards set by the manufacturer. Except for this, there are no warranties expressed or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for particular purpose, and such warranties are specifically disclaimed.

MATTRESS WARRANTIES

If there is any defect found on any of our mattresses please contact us immediately. After 90 days the customer should contact the manufacturer and ask to speak to someone concerning a warranty claim. All warranties involving all mattress sets carried by CLFutons.com are construction warranties. Construction warranties cover the actual construction of the mattress and box spring (i.e. stitching, broken springs, etc.) Construction warranties do not cover comfort (i.e. purchased firm now desire soft) or covers (i.e. spills, stains, damask separation, etc.). All exchanges must be made with in a 30 day period and mattresses must still be in plastic cover. Excessive body indentation is covered in the construction warranty. However, the indentation must exceed a 1½ inch impression from the sides of the mattress. An authorized representative of CLFutons.com must inspect each warranty claim to determine whether or not the mattress or box spring can be warranted. All manufacturers also have the right to inspect the mattress or the boxspring to determine if the item falls under the guidelines of the warranty. If a mattress or boxspring does fall under the guidelines of the warranty the manufacturer has the right to decide whether to repair or replace the item that is being warranted. Many warranties are pro-rated; therefore the customer is responsible for paying the difference between the pro-ration and original purchase cost of the item being warranted.

CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS

As soon as you place your order, we order your items from the vendor. Therefore we are not able to accept cancellations. We may, at our discretion, make an exception in which case a restocking fee of 25% is assessed plus $ 39.00 per trip for pick up back to the store if merchandise has been delivered to the customer. As a matter of Policy we DO NOT ACCEPT CANCELLATIONS unless given timely advance notice.
ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS ALLOWED ONCE THE MERCHANDISE HAS BEEN DELIVERED TO THE CUSTOMER.
Previous approved RMA authorization required for exchange only if items are damaged on arrival.

LEAD TIMES

We give you average lead times based on the manufacturers past performance. We can not control changes in production schedules, shipping times and other unforeseen delays in your furniture delivery. Extended delays are not valid cause for order cancellation. We strive to keep you updated if we are made aware of expected delays in your order. We are not responsible for any typographical errors. Pricing requires verification at time of order. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. If customer is unhappy with our service we will cancel the order and issue a refund.

In order to cooperate with Law Enforcement Agencies, occasionally CLFutons.com may be asked by law enforcement or judicial authorities to provide Personally Identifiable Information to the appropriate governmental authorities. We will disclose Personally Identifiable Information upon receipt of a court order, subpoena, or to cooperate with a law enforcement investigation, without prior notice to you. CLFutons.com fully cooperates with law enforcement agencies in identifying those who use our services for illegal activities. We reserve the right to report to law enforcement agencies any activities that we believe to be unlawful.
